Web Service Integration for WebSphere Studio Application Developer and WebSphere BI Interchange Server
This document provides an understanding of Web services as it relates to IBM integration solutions and guides developers through a simple Web services demo. It shows you the steps required to exchange web service requests between WebSphere Application Server and WebSphere BI Interchange server using the tools and wizards provided by both integration brokers to facilitate Web service interactions.

Modeling and developing embedded Java applications with IBM Rational Rose Technical Developer
Developing an application on a real-time operating system and embedded environment usually requires in-depth knowledge of the embedded environment, even when using the various toolkits available to you. In this tutorial we'll look at Rational Rose RealTime (renamed IBM Rational Rose Technical Developer), a visual-modeling system that allows you to model your application and automatically generate all of the code required to build the application. You no longer have to worry about the issues of real-time development, you just concentrate on the model that will generate your application.

Source code version control: Using WebSphere Studio and ClearCase LT
WebSphere Studio Application Developer provides a development environment and provides plug-ins for popular version control systems. This tutorial shows how to manage source code using ClearCase LT as the version control system. The scenarios simulate two developers working on the same application.

DB2 V8 Application Development cert prep, Part 1 of 7: Database objects and programming methods
This tutorial introduces different types of database objects and programming methods. This is the first tutorial in a series of seven tutorials that you can use to help prepare for the DB2 UDB V8.1 Family Application Development Certification exam (Exam 703).

A quick tour of Autonomic Computing
Autonomic computing architecture is a range of software technologies that enable you to build an information infrastructure that can, to lesser and greater degrees, manage itself, saving countless hours (and dollars) in human management. And all this without giving up control of the system. This tutorial explains the concepts behind autonomic computing and looks at the tools at your disposal for making it happen -- today.
