Short bio

Troy Costa Kohwalter is an Assistant Professor at the Computing Institute at Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF), holds a degree in Computer Science from the Fluminense Federal University (2011), a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal Fluminense (2013) and Ph.D in the Post-Graduation Program in Computer Science at the Fluminense Federal University (2018). Participated in the PDSE Sandwich program at NYU for four months, working with the Provenance Visualization Group. In 2017, won the prize of best paper in the computer track in the main event of games of Brazil (SBGames) with the work of provenience. In 2019, won the PGC / UFF Best Doctoral Thesis Award defended in 2018 and Honorable Mention in the Capes’ Thesis Award - 2019 edition.
