Short bio

Troy Costa Kohwalter is an adjunct professor at Instituto de Computação at the Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF) since 2020. Holds a B.S. (2011), a M.S. (2013), and a Ph.D. (2018) degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF). Participated in the PDSE Sandwich Doctoral program at New York University (NYU) for four months, working with the provenance visualization group. In 2017, won the award for best article on the computer track at the main gaming event in Brazil (SBGames) with the work of provenance. In 2019, won the UFF Excellence Award by PROPPI with the best doctoral thesis of the College of Exact, Earth and Multidisciplinary Sciences defended in 2018, and Honorable Mention in the Capes Award for thesis edition 2019. His areas of interest are Software Engineering and Digital Entertainment.
