This structure can be determined experimentally using NMR techniques. Generally, the NMR data provide only a sparse set of distances between atoms in a molecule. In this case the problem is to determine the three-dimensional structure of a molecule using a set of distances between certain pairs of atoms of the molecule, and is known as the molecular distance geometry problem which is generally expressed as a problem of continuous optimization. However, conditions for dealing with it as a combinatorial optimization problem were presented recently in the literature by using a discrete formulation. Two algorithms and two softwares for visualizing are proposed in this work. In order to test the algorithms we have used real and artificial instances. u v ∙їhЕ'% hМsХhМsХu v єё $7$8$H$a$gdМsХv ■)0P:pМsХ░╨/ ░р=!░е"░е#РЙ$РЙ%░Ь@@ё @ NormalCJ_HaJmHsHtH>A@Є б> Fonte parсg. padrуoTi@є │T Tabela normalЎ4╓ l4╓aЎ ,k@Ї ┴, Sem listav    uxШ0ААШ0ААuxM90tЮv v v "&34;?BCPTWXijsyАВЖЗРСФХЧШвг▒▓╖╝╞╚╤╙╓рчшьяї¤"'+145<MPQbclrz{АКУФЫЬгдйн▓╢╣║┬─╟╦╨╘╫тъыєЇ√№%)34@BIKUZabfo|}ЙКСТЦЧабйн░▒╗╝╛┐─╟╧╨█▌рсыьяЁє "#',159:=>HIKLPQU[^jsx╤сxx  supportхч>Е'%Jp}жСМsХ┘S╨ @Аuu`┌ъuuv@@  Unknown            gРЗz А Times New RomanTimes New Roman5РАSymbol3&Р Зz А Arial"qИЁ─й!у─&#у─&КьКь!ЁеЙAБА24uu3ГЁH)Ё ?ф                     ┘S╨  ~One of the most important problems in computational biology is the determination of the three-dimensional structure of a protesupportsupport■ рЕЯЄ∙OhлС+'│┘0фРШ ,<HTh xД а м ╕─╠╘▄фOne of the most important problems in computational biology is the determination of the three-dimensional structure of a protene supportuppupp Normal.dotmsupport1ppMicrosoft Word 10.0@МЖG@^у#Eй╚@ъikEй╚Кь■ ╒═╒Ь.УЧ+,∙о0h hp|ДМФ Ьдм┤ ╝ GфfuA One of the most important problems in computational biology is the determination of the three-dimensional structure of a prote Tэtulo ■    ■   ■    !■   #$%&'()■   ¤   ,■   ■   ■                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Root Entry         └Fр'ВEй╚.АData              1Table    WordDocument    +SummaryInformation(            DocumentSummaryInformation8        "CompObj            n            ■                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           ■       └FDocumento do Microsoft Word MSWordDocWord.Document.8Ї9▓q
