Essas capturas s\'e3\loch\f39 \hich\f39 o realizadas seguindo protocolos, que em geral tem as seguintes etapas: Recomenda\'e7\'f5\loch\f39 \hich\f39 es para a paciente e as condi\'e7\'f5\loch\f39 \hich\f39 es do local para o exame; prepara\'e7\'e3\loch\f39 \hich\f39 o, arrefecimento e posicionamento da paciente; posi\'e7\'f5\loch\f39 \hich\f39 es e par\'e2\loch\f39 metros das capturas. \par \par \hich\af39\dbch\af40\loch\f39 \hich\f39 Nesta tese \'e9\loch\f39 \hich\f39 proposta uma metodologia para reconstru\'e7\'e3\loch\f39 \hich\f39 o da geometria 3D da mama adaptada ao protocolo de aquisi\'e7\'e3\loch\f39 \hich\f39 o de imagens t\'e9 \loch\f39 \hich\f39 rmicas usado no projeto, o que permite realizar simula\'e7\'f5\loch\f39 \hich\f39 es computacionais diversas (an\'e1\loch\f39 \hich\f39 lise param\'e9\loch\f39 \hich\f39 trica e m\'e9\loch\f39 todos inversos de \hich\af39\dbch\af40\loch\f39 \hich\f39 transforma\'e7\'e3\loch\f39 \hich\f39 o de calor), possibilita o treinamento(simula\'e7\'f5\loch\f39 \hich\f39 es) de procedimentos cir\'fa\loch\f39 rgicos, \par \hich\af39\dbch\af40\loch\f39 \hich\f39 auxilia o planejamento em cirurgias de aumento da mama, onde atrav\'e9\loch\f39 \hich\f39 s do modelo tridimensional gerado, pode-se ter as informa\'e7\'f5\loch\f39 \hich\f39 es necess\'e1\loch\f39 \hich\f39 rias para a cria\'e7\'e3\loch\f39 o de um \hich\af39\dbch\af40\loch\f39 \hich\f39 par de mamas que sejam sim\'e9\loch\f39 \hich\f39 tricas, agrad\'e1\loch\f39 veis esteticamente, e proporcionais ao corpo da paciente. \par \hich\af39\dbch\af40\loch\f39 \hich\f39 A forma tridimensional da mama gerada pode ser utilizada na Tomografia por Imped\'e2\loch\f39 \hich\f39 ncia El\'e9\loch\f39 \hich\f39 trica e outras implica\'e7\'f5\loch\f39 es em modelagem computacional. Na metodologi\hich\af39\dbch\af40\loch\f39 \hich\f39 a desenvolvida foram utilizados dois sensores de profundidade de baixo custo de forma que o modelo 3D gerado represente, o mais fielmente poss\'ed\loch\f39 vel, a geometria e a forma real da \par \hich\af39\dbch\af40\loch\f39 mama da paciente examinada. \par \par \hich\af39\dbch\af40\loch\f39 A nova abordagem apresentada nesta tese consiste\hich\af39\dbch\af40\loch\f39 \hich\f39 em tr\'ea\loch\f39 \hich\f39 s etapas: na primeira \'e9\loch\f39 \hich\f39 realizada a calibra\'e7\'e3\loch\f39 o de dois Kinects fixados em um aparato desenvolvido; na etapa subsequente foi realizado um refinamento como forma de melhorar ainda mais o alinhamento (registro) das nuvens de pontos adquiridas pelos se\hich\af39\dbch\af40\loch\f39 n \hich\af39\dbch\af40\loch\f39 \hich\f39 sores. Os testes foram divididos em testes qualitativos (sobreposi\'e7 \'e3\loch\f39 \hich\f39 o das imagens) e quantitativos (dist\'e2\loch\f39 \hich\f39 ncias, \'e1\loch\f39 \hich\f39 reas, medida real das volunt\'e1\loch\f39 \hich\f39 rias e coeficientes de similaridade).
